IX Webhosting is in a class by itself. The hardware they use for their servers and their network is top notch! It's tough to setup a network that honestly holds a 99.9% uptime, but IX seems to have done just that! In all the testing Annual Hosting Review performed, we were not able to lose connectivity to their network.

At $3.95, how can anyone complain! It is a great package for anyone, but especially for the novice.
